I was a professional MMA fighter all during the 90's. I have competed
in the Vale Tudo in Sao Paulo, Brazil; The Rings Organization in Tokyo,
Japan. I was the Hawaiian Superbrawl IV Heavyweight Champ and I
competed in U.F.C. 17. I specialize in Kickboxing and was trained by
U.F.C. Heavyweight Champ, Maurice Smith. I have been out of the game
for several years but since joining Rocky Mountain Mixed Martial Arts,
my ground game has improved greatly. Dwight and his students have given
me a renewed passion for the sport, helped me to get back in shape and
given me valuable insight into the complex depths of Brazilian
Jiu-Jitsu. Dwight's teaching style is very technical, yet he has a way
to break it all down from A to Z which makes it easy to learn and fun.
I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Mixed Martial Arts to anyone curious
about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, self defense or just
wanting to get in shape. Bob Gilstrap
I've only been training at Rocky Mountain Mixed Martial Arts for a
couple months and have already dropped 15lbs. I'm in the best shape of
my life. Rock Mountain MMA has great instructors who really break down
and help you to perfect every aspect of your Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu/Mixed Martial Arts game. -Randy Burch, Fort Collins, Colorado

I have been attending Rocky Mountain MMA for a couple months. I have
made major improvement in my Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts skills due to the teaching style of
instructors and the help of the other students. It's a great learning
atmosphere with great knowledge and discipline. -Jake, Fort Collins, Colorado
I have been training at Rocky Mountain Mixed Martial Arts in Fort Collins, for six weeks
now and I cannot tell you how much I enjoy it. I feel like the
instructors really make a point to pay attention to every student, and
they are willing to work individually with you perfecting technique.
Everyone who attends class is friendly and makes sure to keep fellow
students safe. I have vastly improved already, and I plan to continue
training with Rocky Mountain Mixed Martial Arts as long as I can.
